Great communication and lovely poster.

Something happened with the delivery. No one tried to contact me at home. It just went directly to the local DHL store. It was fine, but I was curious. Usually they try to contact me by telephone, or they ring my doorbell. I was home all day when they delivered it to the DHL store down the street.
Maybe it ws something about the size of the package. 🙂

Wonderful map, but I’m sorry to not see Spalding between Sleaford and Peterborough. Perhaps other small stations don’t get a mention too, I just happen to know about that one because my cousin lives there!
Great quality but more importantly information is all there and it’s the latest version too as part of the design. You can buy all sizes too that fits your requirements.
I’ve seen other examples leaving key information out or it’s an earlier version.
It might be worth noting that other designs may be cheaper, but you are not getting the latest information and an inferior design (with Pindar you get the latest versions and design).
Don’t be swayed by the costs. If you try to order a commercial example of, say a tube map directly from TFL not only, do you have to sign a contract confirming any commercial use, but you also will also pay 15 to 20 times more than these prints for the same information.

The help I received whilst ordering the map was outstanding, super friendly and very helpful, as I was sending it to America. It was printed in USA , it was for my sons birthday, so he hasn’t opened it yet, but I’m sure he will be thrilled

Fantastic service. The map arrived within two days of ordering. Very qood quality paper and the printing was spot-on. I would recommend Pindar Creative without hesitation
The map arrived on time, but the box was damaged and the poster was bent. It also got left outside in the rain. Might consider using cardboard tubes for international shipping.
The mat looks great, but are you sure that it’s water (coffee) resistance?
Map showed up damaged by Royal Mail but was replaced immediately without any quibble
Last year when I received my first order for the old map (without the new overground lines named), I thought the text definition on the map was better: I found this new map harder to read
